How to Prepare (Cooking Instructions):
- Take Kanchana Easy Palappam Mix in a bowl.
- Add lukewarm water or thin coconut milk and mix well to form a smooth batter without lumps.
- Leave the batter to ferment for about 1 to 2 hours (depending on the weather).
- Once fermented, add thick coconut milk (optional) and a pinch of sugar to enhance the taste. The batter should be in pouring consistency.
- Heat an ‘Appa Chatti’ (Appam pan), pour a ladle of batter, swirl it around, and cover it with a lid.
- Cook on medium flame until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked. Serve hot!
