Preparation Instructions:
- Take 2 cups of Kanchana Puttu Podi in a wide bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt to water and sprinkle it gradually over the flour.
- Mix gently with your fingertips until the flour reaches a damp, crumbly consistency (it should hold shape when pressed in your palm).
- Layer the puttu maker with grated coconut and the prepared flour.
- Steam for 8-10 minutes until a steady steam comes out of the top. Serve hot with Kadala curry, banana, or sugar!
