Ingredients:
- Premium Semolina (Rava/Sooji)
- Edible Vegetable Oil
- Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, Bengal Dal
- Dehydrated Onions, Green Chillies, and Ginger
- Curry Leaves & Salt
Preparation Method (How to use):
- Boil Water: Take 1 measure of Kanchana Instant Uppuma Mix and 2.5 measures of water. Bring the water to a rolling boil in a pan.
- Mix Well: Slowly add the Uppuma mix to the boiling water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Simmer: Add a teaspoon of ghee (optional) for extra flavor. Cover the pan and cook on a low flame for 3-5 minutes until the water is fully absorbed.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or sugar.
