How to Cook: Classic Rava Upma
Ingredients:

Kanchana Roasted Rava: 1 Cup

Water: 2 Cups

Vegetables & Spices: Onion, Green Chillies, Ginger, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves

Oil/Ghee: 2 Tablespoons

Salt: To taste
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Tempering: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, ginger, and chopped onions. Saute until onions are translucent.
- Boiling: Add 2 cups of water and salt. Bring it to a rolling boil.
- Mixing: Gradually add Kanchana Roasted Rava while stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
- Cooking: Once the water is absorbed, cover the pan and cook on a low flame for 3–4 minutes.
- Resting: Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff it with a spoon and serve hot!
