Kanchana Pavakka Vattal is prepared using the traditional method of sun-drying. We use only fresh bitter gourds and natural ingredients to ensure the authentic taste of Kerala.
Ingredients: Bitter Gourd, Salt, Turmeric Powder.
Preparation Method: Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the Pavakka Vattal on medium flame until it turns crispy and dark brown. Serve as a perfect side dish for rice and meals.
