Directions for Use

Step 1: Boil 1.5 Litres of milk in a vessel.

Step 2: Add the entire contents of the pack and stir continuously on low flame.

Step 3: Cook for 20–25 minutes until the payasam reaches the desired consistency.

Step 4: Add 1 teaspoon of ghee (optional) and garnish with roasted cashews and raisins before serving.
