REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Wrong product was delivered.
• Product received is defective or unfit for consumption.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Order ID
• Product photos
• Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)
Refunds
Once the issue is verified, Kanchana Foods will approve the refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened food products
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
• Products returned without proof of purchase
• Products returned after 7 days from delivery
Shipping Charges
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, Kanchana Foods will bear the return shipping cost.
